I forgot my password, what do I do?
Remembering your password at different sites is often difficult. Therefore to get your password for this site emailed to you, simply click here, then click the Login link and there is a link at the bottom of the page for retrieving your password.
How do I unsubscribe from the weekly emails?
At the bottom of every Member Offer email there is an unsubscribe link. Alternatively click here and login to edit your profile and unsubscribe from the weekly emails.
How do I change my details e.g. address, tee time preferences etc.

Course/Tee Time Availability & Rates
Can I book golf at any course in the UK?
With Online Teetimes you will be able to book tee times at any course that has been signed up to the service. We are constantly adding new courses to the site. However, not all golf courses are likely to sign up to the service. (If you feel your club should be availing of this service why not get the Secretary Manager to call us on 01529 461753).
How far in advance can I book a tee time?
This will vary for each club listed on the site. Generally we try to have tee times for 3-6 months in advance. If you can not find the tee time you are looking for please Contact Us and we will check with the club to see if the time is available.
Why do tee times seem to appear and disappear?
When you click on a tee time and select the number of players, the tee time is put on hold for five minutes. This allows you time to complete the booking process. If you do not complete the process, that time will be removed from hold and appear on the website later for anyone to book.
Why are there times on the site that end up not being available?
The tee time inventory shown on the website is based on supply and demand. When tee times are loaded into our system the inventory is available, but tee times may sell through a number of different channels. To see if a tee time is still available, just start the booking process. Our system will check to see if the tee time is still available. If so, you will be able to continue the booking process. If the tee time is no longer available, we will try to display the closest available tee time and you will be asked if you want to continue the booking process with the new tee time.
Is there a booking charge?
No. We do not charge the golfer anything for booking tee times through our site. For some courses a small deposit may be taken when making a booking but this amount is deducted from the total due at the course.
Finding, Booking, Changing and Cancelling Tee Times
Can I make tee time reservations by phone?
All tee times must be booked online - not over the phone. To continually bring you the best deals, we have automated the process and accept only online bookings. However if you encounter problems with booking your tee time please call 01529 461753 for booking assistance.
How do I search for tee times?
There are a number of different ways to search for tee time availability on our site.
On the Tee Time page search by region, golf course, play date, time, number of players and/or green fee amount.
Example: You want to play in the East Midlands region on a certain date in the morning but do not mind what course. Select 'East Midlands' from the list of Counties and then select your desired date. Select the option to find times in the Morning only ("AM") and then click on the Find Tee Times button.
What information is needed to book a tee time?
Information required when making a booking includes your name, email address, phone number and address. You will also need to give credit card details to secure the booking. All information apart from your credit card details are saved in your profile and can be edited at any time by you.
How do I see the Club Rules and Cancellation Policy?
If you choose a tee time that you are interested in, you will be able to see the Club Rules and Cancellation Policy before making the booking. This information is also included in the booking confirmation email sent to you after the reservation is made.
Why is payment in full required for some times and not for others?
Generally no deposit is charged when booking golf through our site but a small deposit may be charged online for some courses. Tee Times booked through the Member emails require a 100% deposit. This information is displayed on the page before you make the booking and also in the confirmation email sent to you after the booking is made.
What will appear on my credit card for a booking?
This golf booking site is managed by a company called Online TeeTimes Ltd. If you are charged a deposit, the name 'Online TeeTimes' will appear on your credit card statement.
My credit card is good, why won't your system accept it?
We only accept Visa or MasterCard. Please check that your credit card information has been entered correctly. Double-check your card number and expiration date. If that does not work, complete the Contact Us form and be sure to include the error message you are receiving.
Did I get the tee time?
After completing your tee time purchase, you will be shown a 'Thank You' page containing the details for your reservation. If you see that page, you have successfully booked the tee time. If not, please complete the Contact Form.
How do I change a booking?
To add additional players to your booking, simply make a new booking for the additional players. If you encounter problems booking more players please complete the Contact Us form or call us on 01529 461753.
To reduce the number of players in your booking please complete the Booking Change Form.
How do I cancel a booking?
PLEASE CHECK THE CLUB'S CANCELLATION POLICY IN THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
To cancel your booking please complete the Booking Change Form.
If I cancel a booking is the deposit refunded?
The majority of tee times do not require a deposit. If the cancellation request is made before the club's cancellation deadline the deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation request is made after the cancellation deadline it is at the club's discretion as to whether or not the deposit is refunded.

Will I receive unsolicited email?
Our system powers permission-based Internet marketing only; sending personalized messages from golf courses and affiliates to customers. The transmission of unsolicited commercial email is expressly forbidden through our system.
When you register with us you will only receive a weekly email of golf specials from Online TeeTimes. You can easily unsubscribe from receiving these emails at any time.

How secure is the information I give?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. For further information please read our Privacy Policy.
What is SSL?
Secure Sockets Layer, SSL, is the standard security technology for creating an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. The link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browser remain private. SSL is an industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their customers`online transactions.
Why don't I see the SSL padlock when booking?
Our booking engine is usually `framed` into other sites. This is like having two browser windows in one, but you can not easily see the address line and other information, such as the SSL status (padlock), in the second browser or frame. To verify that the framed window is transmitting using the HTTPS protocol you can right click anywhere in the frame (just not on an image) and select Properties from the pop-up menu. If you look at the Address line in the Properties window, you will see that the address for the framed page is an HTTPS address.
Weather Policy
What happens if the course has temporary tees or greens?
We endeavor at all times to notify customers of planned changes to the golf course.
However, as bad weather is inevitable during the course of the year golf clubs may either close the golf course or operate temporary tees and greens at their sole discretion.
Golf played on temporary greens and tees is non-refundable and is considered to be an accepted part of playing Winter golf. Equally trolley and buggy bans occur frequently when a course is wet and are determined by those in charge of the golf course.
Will I be contacted if the course is closed?
In the event of marginal weather, unless the golf course is deemed closed, all scheduled play will occur.
It is the golfers responsibility to contact the golf club and confirm if the course is open for play. We encourage you to call ahead if the weather is in question to you.
The phone number for the relevant golf club is included in the booking confirmation email.
Will I be refunded if the course is closed?
If you are unable to play due to the course being closed please Contact Us with details and we will arrange for a full refund of the deposit you paid. Please include the course name and date when requesting a refund.
